Boat Eagle
With this product it is possible to handle a boat of 9,50/10,00 m length (longer if we take care about inflatables), which we estimate in 5 Ton weight, in a corridor of 13 m working on a maximum height of 14 m, so you can store the boat on a shell which is located at a height of 12 m, which results in a 4 level shelving . What grants us such performances and compactness is a new technical solution, developed by us, on which we have an international patent which, through the combined movement of the 2
telescopic booms, allows us to charge the most of the boat keel on the machine’s chassis allowing a smaller encumbrance which will result in a total length which is the one of the boat plus 2,5 m.
At the moment 2 models of the machine are manufactured: BE 509 and BE 512, both of them have a maximum capacity of 5 ton, calculating the load center at 2.500 mm from the forks heel, and of 4 ton with the load center at 3.400 mm from the forks heel. The maximum working height is, respectively, 9 m and 12 m.
Boat Eagle has some important technical peculiarities:
- EURO 3B engine with AD Blue system (according to the emission standards of 01/01/2012).
- Hydraulic components are supplied by Bosch Rexroth; the hydraulic system is completely electro-proportional (electronic management of the hydrostatic motor and of the distributor which gives just the
- necessary quantity of hydraulic oil for the required effort by moving joysticks in the cab allowing to make more hydraulic movements at the same time) and the working pressure of the system is 350 bar (high pressure).
- Elevating cab up to 2990mm from the ground for an excellent visibility during the release and the picking up of the boat from the water and to look over it during the transportation keeping the boat in a lower position ensuring much more stability.
- The marine coating cycle provides 250 microns protection (1500 hours in saline mist).
- Automatic locking of the rear axle after 60° boom inclination, with the load, which ensure a sensible increase of the lateral stability while working.
- BE 512 and BE 509 are equipped with the 3B6 safety system which works through a load moment indicator which
- 1. Analyzes constantly the load and its position in the space through pressure transducers, angle sensors and measuring the telescope of the boom;
- 2. Compares the load data with the load charts which are stored in the software;
- 3. In case of overload, it stops every aggravating movements allowing just retracting maneuvers.
- Hydrostatic transmission.
- Pins and cylinders are covered by a coat of nickel-chrome to ensure rust resistance.
- The machine is supplied with a CAN BUS system for the circulation of all the electronic data and to
- identify any electronic failure.BE 512 and 509 are supplied with a software which allows us to customize the speeds of the hydraulic movements according to the needs and demands of costumers.The machine is equipped with a CAN BUS system that connects all the electronic parts of the machine (engine, transmission and safety system) and makes easier to identify any electronic problems.
